ACQUISITION OF FORMINSA NAVARRA

Forminsa Group acquired the company Metal Parts Orcoyen (MPO) in Navarra in January 2024 which had been the former plant of the automotive components group DOGA.

This plant is dedicated to metal stamping for the automotive sector and it gives us a new capacity to produce, allowing us to offer high tonnage stamped parts.

Since it has 13 large progressive presses or transfers of between 160 and 1200 tons.

Thanks to this purchase, we have tripled our turnover, as it becomes our third acquisition in the last two years.
