Providing adequate support and advice at every stage of the process

We promote co-engineering

We adapt our manufacturing systems to their specific requirements

Creating customised solutions that guarantee the excellence of our products and production processes

Progressive and transfer stamping

Medium and large series production with all types of metals using the best production technology in each case. This service involving the stamping of metal pieces using transfer and progressive presses is an integral and efficient solution for the production of metal components, noteworthy for their precision, flexibility and ability to adapt to various industrial needs.

Forming

Stamping by forming using our own technology machinery. This manufacturing service of metal pieces made with multi-slides and servomotors machines designed by us offers an advanced, efficient and adaptable solution for the production of metal components, with a prominent specialisation in busbars and a focus on minimising material waste.

Assembly

Supplying of assembled components through automated lines. This assembly service specialises in the integration of sets and subsets through the use of advanced automatic machinery and manual techniques. We incorporate artificial vision technology, scanning and marking systems to ensure precision and quality at each stage of the process.

Plastic Injection

Specialised service in plastic overmoulding on pre-stamped metal pieces, ideal for the manufacture of connectors and similar components. This process uses roller-fed injection presses to ensure precision and efficiency in production.

Plastic injection offers several benefits, such as the ability to produce complex pieces with high precision, high production efficiency, the possibility of using a wide range of plastics and the ability to produce large volumes of pieces in a cost-effective way. It is widely used in various industries, from sectors such as automotive, electronics, medical devices, packaging, toys and many more. (link to “Sectors”)

The plastic injection service is a manufacturing process in which molten plastic is injected into a mould to produce plastic pieces in large volumes. It is a versatile and efficient technique that offers a wide range of possibilities for the manufacturing of plastic products.

Silver soldering for electrical contacts

This service specialises soldering of silver points for electrical contacts, directly integrated into the continuous stamping process inside the presses. This method ensures high accuracy and productivity.

Silver soldering is done by heating the metal base and applying a silver alloy, usually in the form of rods or wires, which melts at relatively low temperatures. As the silver alloy melts, it adheres to the metal base, creating a solid and durable bond.

Characteristics and benefits:

  1. High resistance: Silver soldering offers strong and resistant bonding, making it suitable for applications where a robust connection is required.
  2. Conductivity: Silver is an excellent conductor of electricity and heat. Thus, silver soldering is used in joining electronic components and electrical wires.
  3. Low melting temperature: The silver alloys used in the soldering have lower melting points compared to other metals, this enables an easier and more controlled soldering process.
  4. Good appearance: Silver soldering can produce clean and aesthetically pleasing joins, which is especially important in applications such as jewellery making.

Tubular rivets

We offer a specialised service in the manufacturing of tubular rivets and in the cutting and bending of tubes, using a fleet of lathes and specialised machinery to ensure precision and efficiency in all processes.
